How do I know if I'm trans?

-What are the possible effects of HRT going to be on my sex life?

-What's "dating while trans" like?

-How do I know what surgeries to get? Do I really need to get any?

- I'm going out with guy/girl who doesn't know I'm trans, when      should I tell him/her? Should I even be trying to date while in the  midst/just starting transition?

- What's the best way to tell my parents and make them understand?

- What's your opinion on self-medding?

- Maybe something about the timeframe it took between realizing they were trans and actually transitioning, and how they dealt with that?
