In Episode 54 - (right click on the link and save as) located HERE we take a voice mail from Brenda, thank Maggie Kay for the amazing gift she gave Mila (check out the about us section to see Mila posing with the gift) and then we spend an hour talking about NPR’s trans related stories, HRC’s “apology” for misspeaking, and Mila’s attempt to make a spiritual analogy of transtion using buckets and ladles (WHU?!).
Also make sure to sign that petition asking for the removal of Zucker and Blanchard from the DSMV gender identity group. Really… do we want to wait until DSMVI to get a decent write-up?!

Apparently she was in Transamerica, Transamerican Love Story, does some rather famous (at least to us M2Fs) voice coaching DVDs, and built an enormous website called TS Roadmap. She is also involved in TransYouth Family Allies.

In Episode 52 - (right click on the link and save as) located HERE we recently got to interview Victoria Kolakowski, an administrative law judge in San Francisco and currently a candidate for CA Superior Court in Alameda County. Vicky is openly transgender and would, in the words (and endorsement) of the the San Francisco Bay Guardian, “make history.” Vicky Kolakowski has been actively engaged in the LGBT community for a number of years and would gain a unique opportunity to educate the legal system about transgenders; a legal system that often interacts with us through all points of transition. In Episode 50 - (right click on the link and save as) located HERE we talk about Jayna’s trip to social security office to change her gender marker, the Unemployment office to correct her name to…um…female, and reflect upon the ease of dealing with DMV bureaucracy. We also get voicemails from Maggie Kay and Meredith as well as some new emails. We then discuss our yahoo group poll to settle remote privelages once and for all (Jayna shall win! vote for her HERE).
We also give our campaign speeches and remind people its not too late to end Mila’s wicked tyrannical remote privelages… polling ends April 26th in the yahoo group!
